Wow...this person must be lying. It is not a good idea to take Melrose to court. They take photos of everything they charge for, and keep copies of everything. It is so much easier to just leave your apartment clean when you move out. I don't recommend challenging these people.

Look at this. People who work here keep discouraging people from doing the right thing, because they KNOW they aren't doing the right thing. Keep posting bad reviews, and maybe hopefully the company will go down.

"Best and the Brightest" This is a slogan of Melrose StudentSuites. Unfortunately, it is quite obvious that some of our past tennants were not, and now we are basically requiring it. It is unfortunate that there are some past tennants that felt that they could treat the property the way that they did. I am sure they will have learned to turn their rental property over in a decent condition from now on. Best of luck to all prior Melrose tennants.

Obviously Melrose is a slumlord operation. If these people won in court Melrose is definitely wrong. DUH!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Funny how you management (the jackass known as Brian) didn't give a ---- about me when my Mercedes got $2000 worth of vandalism done to it, thanks to some jackass with a rock. I should have taken a rock to his car (better yet his face), and see if he cared then!

Take them to court!!! they just write reviews on here bc they dont want many people to do it!!! they are scared... they def dont take photos... my roommates TRASHED our place many times and they never took a photo... I did... and they still didnt care...
