The rental office, totally sucked, maintenance team, sucked even worse. The management team changes too regularly. If your neighbors don't like you, hey prepare to be evicted because they'll take their word before they'll take a police report. I had to threaten to sue them because they were trying to evict me over a false claim of loud music. I complained to maintenance about 3 months straight about water from my bathtub upstairs leaking through the ceiling fan downstairs. Their were water spots all over the ceiling and also water had poured from the ceiling onto my dining table and couch but they swore I was delirious. They also said that it was safe. Since when had water mixing with electricity been safe. Then on top of all that someone broke into my car and stole my stereo. But two weeks later I get a letter saying my car music was too loud. I got the hell out of there as soon as my lease was up. Do not move to Villa Del Rio/Mission Springs.
