I lived here before it became Mission Springs and it was the most horrible apartment experience I have ever had.


If you are concerned about your safety do not move here. I was nearly raped while taking out my garbage at 8 PM. Luckily I got away.



My neighbors turned out to be drug dealers and one night when they sold a guy bad drugs he came back high and tried to break into my apartment. I had to call the police to get him to leave.


After this incident we tried to break our lease but the office staff would not let us so we stayed till the end and in that time had our car keyed and broken into. Recently I got a copy of my credit report and they say we owe them almost $500 because they claim we did not give them enough notice before we left.

Maintenace was beyond a joke, I called about the same problem 20 times and no one listened for eight months until a friend of mine that happened to works maintenance somewhere else came over and found out I had a foundation leak, which is apparently pretty bad. Bad enough that they had to call in a professional team to come fix it and it took almost two weeks cause they had let it go so long.

Whatever you do do not move here this place sucks. I know it's close to the base but it's not worth it.
