Unless you like living in an old moldy apartment, I don't recommend it!

My biggest issue was the moldy conditions in the apartment wich made me literally sick. The loud noise from strangers who don't even live in the complex was also disturbing on the weekends. I do give props to the staff but that does not help the conditions that these apartments are in. And you know the staff can only do so much. Pathetic.

Hey whats with the management renting a first time renter an apartment with filthy dirty ragged worn carpeting? Tenants Rights State of Florida will be getting the check!
