Where should I start' Well first of all the place is crap, the office people are okay, some of them. But whatever you do don't move there. I am in the military and I should have looked around some more. But one day I came home and I found a dirty rag in my tub as I was giving my baby a bath. I knew that I didn't have it, and I didn't have a maintanence call in and it was very strange. But anyhow, the BIG issue is. I went in to break my lease, and ----- sat me down and went over what I had to pay. I signed my name and agreed on an amount, ----- signed her name and everything was good. So I thought, well later on that day I receive a letter on my door stating that there was additional charges and I needed to pay them. I turn the paper over with the notice on it, and I see the change. Not only is there an increase in the amount but my signature was on it, without me ever signing for the addition. Now keep in mind they made me a copy of the original with the amount that I agreed to, but the paper with the addition on it that had my signature on it was basically forged. ----- the apartment manager was the one who bottom lines it and what not, but she signed her name as a witness, so she pretty much agreed to the original amount. ----- thought she was smart and used the original copy that I originally signed and whited out the amount that I agreed to and made a copy of it and gave it to me. I never went back into the office to sign anything additional. I talked to ----- and she was trying to justify what she had did, I asked her if she wanted to add money on to what I had agreed to, she should have called me and sat me down so that I could sign for that as opposed to using the original and whiting out what I agreed to. That was crazy, it's also not safe there was a raid out there there were like 5 police cars out there going to a single apartment. They were coming from the back and the front, scary stuff. But stay away please, don't get pulled into the trap. Oh yeah I am also going to leagal about the situation, be careful and start searching like months in advance do your research.
