I moved in Mission Springs in late September. We wanted a townhouse with a screened in patio, and the girl that leased our place said we can screen it in for you. Um, our lease said it would be screened in the first week of October, guess what...we're going on February and no screen. They do not own up to their promises. We had a stopped up toilet in our bottom bathroom, it took the sink in the kitchen stopping up and backing up in the toilet to get them out to look at it. The bathtub leaks downstairs, the solution they had to fix it...caulk the bathtub. It's not coming from the cracks, its coming from a f'ed up pipe. Our lease is up in September, and we will NOT be renewing it. Oh, and our neighbor is a biotch lady who calls the office if we leave a bottle of Gain out front for more than 2 minutes when doing laundry. The rent is fair priced, but it's not worth the hassle living there.
