Nothing in this apartment will stay working, the a/c and heater has went out several times now. We have a mold problem that the main office does not care about.
We were lied to by the lady who did our lease, by being promised that our back porch would get screen in for free. After going up there month after month, i had another lady tell me it would cost us $35 extra a month. What crap!

When we signed our lease, part of the agreement was that our patio would be screened in by the first week of October, and here it is the end of May, and no screened in patio. I have asked the office every month for the last several months, and at first we were told it would be the first of the year because of the budget, and now we just don't ask anymore, when our lease is up in September, we are gone from here.
