This place is HORRIBLE! I blame myself for being extremely ignorant in not knowing what to look for. Either way it probably wouldn't have mattered because they will deceive you into making this place sounder WAY better than it is. Money wise - a huge rip off! And if you have pets, you might as well be rich.

So many problems. AC not working almost every day. Every week literally we are calling them out and each person says its a different problem. I didn't know it took a genius to fix it. Just get it done! And their filters suck ass, the cheapest you can get. So we bought a good one (and they blamed our filter! thats not going to turn cold air to hot), especially considering the black mold in the AC closet, that they know about. Took us months of going up there complaining about it before they decided and told us they will not get rid of it, just hide it with some paint. They don't care about you, bottom line. They just want your money.

Don't even consider moving here. I hope they go down.

THIS ---- IS SO DAMN TRUE. DO NOT LET THE PICS FOOL YOU. THEY ARE -------S AND DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU. HAD THE SAME MOLD PROBLEM, AND WAS TOLD TO PUT BLEACH ON IT, AND THAT'S IT. STAY THE ---- AWAY.

This is very true regarding the mold in the AC closet. Mine even has exposed wiring and dust for years. I spent a total of 2 days trying to get it all clean, but the black stuff is not coming off. They indeed tried to paint over it. My light bill never has been under a $130.00. Due to the AC has to run all day and night, refusing to get under 76 degrees. I have to say they are quick to come out but not able to fix any issues til a couple of complaints later. I was glad to see they let that security agency go. That was a complete joke. I have never felt safe here. The children in the neighborhood are malicious, just pulling up the stop signs and tearing up everything that they can get there hands on. Always underage children unattended in the pools, cursing and being disruptive to everyone around. Oh yes and the windows being so thin, you can hear everything that goes on outside like it is in front of you. Management just responds well you signed a noise agreement in the lease that this is an apartment community, "What else did you expect?". My response was Okay so I am suppose to hear every that walks past my bedroom window consersation like I am included. For every car that passes with boom in the trunk jolts me out of my sleep. No this is not just normal noise. I advised her to come sleep in my bed on night and see if she dont go invest in sleep aids. She is a joke to think that if she has to change my window to a double paine that it will cost to much to redo the whole complex. Well I will be one of the many I seen pack up an leave. One clue is their is a Uhaul moving a family out once or twice a week, there is a issue they are refusing to address. And the water company, who are these people and still trying to figure out how they come up with the amount!! Mine has always been $46.87. Wow, even when I was gone 3 weeks. Huge ripe off there. SHADY is all I can say. Never, in the almost year I been here, seen pest control. I think they are so desperate they will rent to any one. I have never gone without water as much in my life then here. It have been a total of six times. (With time frames from 1-12hrs.) If you are a end unit you will have back ups with the whole connecting units wastes. (Nastey) Wont even let you know they are having a water shut off until hours later. Oh I have stories that can go on and on. If you like drama and filth, this is the place for you.
