Maintenance techs are not very responsive and knowledgeable or know what they're doing. No notification prior to coming in your unit without the tenant's presence. Air conditioning units do not function properly. Front office has little or no customer service. Safety issues in this complex. A gate might help deter crimes. Armed robbery; break-ins are common. Stray cats are all over littering and scratching vehicles. Laundry facility is inconvenient-not easy accessible from parking area. The only positive thing is square footage but it does not compensate for all the negative areas mentioned. Will move out soon when lease expire! If you care about your safety, this is not the place to be.
