My lease was only 7 months and I am very grateful for that. There were NO knobs on the cabinets in the kitchen and when I went to the office they told me I had to but them. Some of the cabinets Ii had to open one and stick my hand inside in order to push another open. Finally after repeated visits to the office they came and looked at them. However, they only put to knobs on two of the cabinets. Repairs were not done in a timely manner unless you stoped one of the maintience men in the parking lot and asked to them to fix it. I recently moved out and have been waiting on my deposit. I have called 3 times a left 3 messages and no one has returned my call. I would not reccommend this place to no one! I also was told that if even if your lease is about to be up you still have to give a 60 day notice. I fought this to the end because an employee told me it was a 30 day notice and not a 60 day. They are very unprofessional and not concerned about their residents. I will be contacting the corparate office!

Thanks to the effiency and follow up from Melissa, I am receiving my deposit back very soon. If only Melissa had been there the entire year I was at the apartment, I may not have moved. She is upfront and honest about what is going on and will work with you to the best of her ability. She is a great asset to the leasing office and I wish her luck in her career!!! Thanks Melissa!!!

Melissa, no! I think these comments are from herself. She is the rudest of the staff and have that b*###cthy attitude. They all need customer service 101. If the leasing office would just improve, this could have been a good apt. location is great.

I think this place is really nice actually. Of course everyone is going to have a different experience but mine has been very pleasant. The office staff have been very nice and helpful and my apartment is in great condition. A far cry from where I lived at before. 8) And yes, Melissa is really sweet.
