this place is not a good one to live at we moved in when my son was a month old. our ac unit didnt work right it look over a month to get it fixed then they only replace the outside unit. it workwed for a little but then the inside unit had to be replaced. the manager doent care about the people at all they have a whole new staff since i moved in and the same manager and it still sucks. some of the matenance guys are very nice respectful and do anything they can for you. however when you go to the office you will find mostly rude and unrespectful people there. getting packages and the police there are hard becuase they cant find your appartment. I even called the managers manager and she stuck by what the first one had said and wouldnt even hear what i had to say they dont want anyone to know how to get a hold of the higher ups. they forbid the office staff from telling you what the number is they give out a monthly newsletter that use to come to your door not you have to go to the office to get it. read what it says it has the information on it to call the higher ups. the new assistant manager melissa is doing better then it was when they didnt have one for months. how ever when the manager come back she started acting like her and it really showes if she is around her. i had to change apartment and this one took 2 months to get a new ac system and i was told when we moved it was bran new bit was not didnt even work. they got it to work then my hall was full of the freon in the unit becuase it blew a hole in the inside unit a month later. then the head of mattance put more in it and if i had not came back to the house would have filled my house up again. they scheduled for All Weather to come out and fix it i was told that they were coming that day it was late that night when i was told they were not so they gave me a portable unit. the unit flooded half my appartment. since this time 5 months ago i am still fighting the fact that my bed room is not cooling off and they say nothing they can do about it. i do have to say that ALL WEATHER people that came out were very nice and made sure that veerything was working and clean when they left more then i can say for all but one of the matincemen at the appartment. you electric bill will be over 200 a month my dad house is not that much ever even with water gas and electrice it is not that much put togeather.

Have you ever contemplated of going back to school to get a better education? Your spelling and grammar is atrocious! Also not to mention, maybe you should re-read what you write and use spell check. I cannot consider your review in my determination of leasing here or not. I hope you understand!

All the problems stated on the original posting are true. Electric bill here will run you to $200.00 for an apartment. The AC definitely does not work. It's not about a case of being unhappy. It's about the apartment management's legal ans ethical responsibility to maintain the complex. The only positive thing going here is the square footage--other than that, it's poorly maintained..And no, you can't just move out--you're basically tied up with the lease agreement. Prospective renters-BEWARE!! Don't get sucked in. The Leasing Office have the most uncaring, unprofessional, always on a smoking break staff.
