If you're looking at one of the older units pay close attention to the fit and finish. We have holes from the old plumbing, cracked tiles b/c the floors aren't level, gaps where new fixtures were installed quick and dirty. Basically nothing is straight. The paint is cheap flat, it marks easily and is impossible to clean. Plus we found out we're paying over $100 more than our neighbors for the same unit. It's difficult to get maintenance done, partly b/c they're understaffed and mostly b/c they say they've got no money for repairs. Some of the staff are really nice, but the office has turned over three times since we've been here. Look around before moving here.
