I lived here a few years ago. You read right. This place is not safe at night. Three of my friend's were held at gunpoint while getting in their car. Luckily they got away unharmed.

Ho's walk around in the MIDDLE of the day! Unbelievable. Ho's come knocking on your door at night if your home, they did it to me. They also sit on the steps as well drinking, one talked to me.

If you dare leave for say a vacation, pray you haven't been broken into while away. A guy who stayed 2 doors down from me had his place broken into and stolen. One of my other friend's who lived here left for the weekend and somebody jacked him.

The washer/dryer area had problems with units not working or taking your money and not working. Plus some people are rude and REMOVE your clothes and put their clothes in the unit! So you wind up with undried clothes!

Maintenance takes FOREVER to get out here. The office isn't on the property. I called to have my toilet fixed and it took them 4 calls and 5 days to FINALLY come out. I gave them permission to enter, when I came home I noticed TWO of my PS2 games were GONE. Thieves!!!!!! Unfortunately I have no visible way to PROVE that one of the guys did it but NOBODY else could have as they were the only ones to come in my place! Aside from the toilet, I called for various other things and I had to keep calling EVERYDAY JUST to get them to finally come out!

If you decide to move here. Be prepared for this to possibly happen. I don't know if things have gotten better since I left, but I wouldn't bet on it.
