Moved out due to Condo Conversion at this complex and decided that the asking price for the apartments were too high. Current Resident discount was only 5% of asking price of apartment complex...not low enough to convince me to buy.

While a resident, I never had any problems with management or maintance. Most maintance requests were completed within 24 hours, 48 hours at the latest. I felt safe walking around by myself at night. Rec'd all of security deposit within a month of moveout. Amble parking, but will have to park away from buildings after 6pm when complex is mostly full.

Only major problems that I had were with the building construction itself. My apartment was on the second floor. I heard my upstairs neighbors walking and running all the time in the evening. The bedroom was on the same wall as the outside stairs. I heard everything from the outside hall in my bedroom. The stairs shook and made alot of noise when residents would walk down them. My apt also had a funky musty odor that made me ill. I was told by management at movein that it was just the pipes and would go away with use. Never did. I later found out from a storage unit that I rented in the complex that this smell is most likely from the concrete in the building.1BR apts had plenty of storage space in the kitchen, but rest of apt was lacking in storage space due to not having linen or coat closets. The porch and bathroom was really nice. Really good appliances (washer, dryer, microwave, and fridge) and builtins with apt. Nice Ammenties with complex
