It Is not Worth the money From: mrwrightrog23@comcast.net Date posted: 9/3/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005 2 responses   The management of the apt do not care about any of your complaints, the maintenance staff is dumb as dirt and they try to insult your inteligience as if you dumber then them, which is highly impossible.They dont keep the community up the trash compactors are always broke and trash is stacked up till its almost disgusting.They don't let you family use the basketball court or anything in the club house thats strictly for residence which is definitely retareded and they switched over to condos and expect you to buy those high things with those kind of rules.Oh by the way the people that live there are a bunch of racist pricks and all the rules are made up to fit them!!! so basically what I am telling you is ---- THE MADISON LOOK SOME WHERE ELSE!!
