I am very happy with the condo, but I think that all has to do with the fact that this is my first purchase of a home. It's my first place I can call my own. I do have some problems with the unit though.

1. The construction is of the condo is poor. You hear the people walking up and down the stairs. I live on the first floor, I hear the tennants walking, jumping, and running upstairs. I hear when they shower or use the toilet (flushing). When we moved in, nobody lived upstairs until 3 months later. Now we are kicking ourselves in the rear.

2. The tile and cabinets are of shoddy constuction. The tile is supposed to be outside tile. Enough said. The cabinets... we broke 3 shelves just by putting our groceries away... The management\sellers fixed it though.

Even though these might be a huge problem, I don't mind. It's my first place, but not my last. If this wasn't my first home, I would have never have bought here.
