Hi- I am debating between this place and another and just wanted to know if this is quiet. I will be working odd hours and need a place where I can come home and sleep without waking up to the neighbors walking around in the apt. Some of the review have said a lot of college students live here, is that true, what are the demographics to this place, I heard it was mixed college students, nurses, doctors, some families- any pro's and con's would be useful.
