Not Livable for families

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
We lived there for just under a year. We had repeated leaks in our ceiling from the upstairs, so bad the the ceiling over the show caved in and also seeped into the carpet of the kids room causing mold to grow on the walls. We were broekn into twice, once in the apartment and once in our car which was parked in plain site of the main road. The area is surrounded with drug dealers, crack heads and gang bangers. There was actually two murders there shortly after I left, due to adequate lighting and overall lack of security on the doors and windows of all the apartments I am sure this made it quite easy for anyone that wanted to commit any crimes. The staff is 50/50. Some of them were very nice pleasant people to work with while the others were just completely rude and disrespectful. One had the nerve to actually yell at us and insult us in front of our kids because of the leak problems we had, even though we had reported it, like it was our fault.
That is all I have to say baout this place, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere.
