I am writing from the managements perspective. Nia Terrace has went thru rough times lately. However management is busting to get all of the rif raf out of Nia Terrace.

They have met with the Zone chief, upped the police presence and started resident ID cards. A Neighborhood watch program is also being started.

I am not denying Nia Terrace has had a few bad months. But, watch for big changes at Nia Terrace - They are well on the way!
