I'm a long time resident of nia terrace and I use to live in the back section. I was transfered to he front because new management closed it down (good thing). My new apt is beautiful and I love it. I see alot of bad reviews here but this place has really changed over the past few months. The new managemnet hired security which is great, we have not had that sense I have been here. They really do there job and my GOD the drug dealers are gone and so is most of the residents.

You see when people are doing bad they don't want change! I don't know if they got put out or if they left on there own but good riddens. As far as the staff here goes, maint does a great job now that I see they have supplies, the manager always tried to help us in any way she could but before the property had no money and there was not much she could do but rob one apt for another (sad). I'm glad she is still here cause they got rid of the old office staff accept her. The white lady is ok not had to talk to her before but the other residents always say she is mean but I don't care as long as the job gets done!

So all in a nut shell, Nia is coming together and you can sleep in peace finally and the staff is great. By the way the manager is kind of cute!

You must be sick or something. Notice after security took over, a few months later they were gone back to MIA (Miami). Now there are just a few scrubs running around with TOP FLIGHT uniforms on chatting w' people. Management probably is nice to you b/c you are a man and think they're cute. I don't understand what you see?
