The managment is weak and rude maintenance is worse, I blame that on the owners. They don't do anything about the thin walls and floors of people over you.
The thugs run this place. Weight out your decision before you fall for this move in special.
The roaches require a real pest control company not the one we have.

Next time I am going to a one level place somewhere maybe not even on the Northside of Jacksonville.
In all fairness it needs work with help could be a good place to live.
