Nice apartments ok community could have been better with different staff. The staff did not have common since, courtesy and a great deal of other things required to manage a propery.(the manager and maintenance supervisor) Breezeways always dirty and front gate was always broke.Rent was too high. No fitness center,no balcony or patios, no clubhouse, very poor playground for the children. When I moved in I was told carpet had been cleaned and apartment cleaned. The cleaning crew came to clean apartment upon the same day i moved in and I had to get the carpet cleaned myself and replace toilet had horrible nasty stains inside toilet. Alone with putting my own fridge due to the old noisy, rusted fridge that was in the apartment. Manager illegal keep my deposit. I called corp. office and spoke with her supervisor and got my deposit back. The manager will lie and sugar coat all problems. Only live here if you have no other place to go!!!!!
