There are a few bad apples here. But most of the time its pretty quiet, a few people smoking out but no serious stuff. No car break ins no robberies, but some argumentive domestic disputes here and there, loud car music here and there. Older people will hate it here, some of the folks look scary and theres plenty of parking but not always well lit. The power goes out sometimes too, they need to do something about that. After reading some of the other reviews I guess this place isnt that bad considering the price of rent and the fact that you dont have to pay for water. I haven't had a bug problem I keep things clean... but I hear some other people do and I'm not sure if its widespread. Its just depends, if your next door neighbor is loud you'll hate it if not you'll be ok. Its not the fancist apt and the staff is workable, polite enough. Its just nothing special.
