I lived here for about 4 years. This was my 1st apartment that my son and I lived in our own. There was adquate parking, Matinece was decient and so was management. I never had any problems with the manager but she is very strict. Alot of my neghbors didn't like her and had issues with her, but i didn't. Since these are income based apartments, they are required to do monthy inspections by HUD. If you apatment was dirty, you got put out. They are very observant about whats going on in the apartments. The would probably be my only complant about them. The also had the pest control come out once a month and i didnt have any roaches. I did see one from time to time but i attributed that to there being woods directly behind the building i was in. The neighbors I had when i first moved in were really nice. We all got along. The neighbor that was on the second floor was a hispanic guy and he was very nice!! He told my neighbor and I (who was a single parent like me) that if we needed anything to let him know. That was a relef to me. For the most part i kept to myself and came to and from work. I lived on the 1st floor and depending who was my neighbor directly above me, they made alot of noise. One neighbor i had was very ghetto and she would try to start fights with other people and had alot of drama but she was quickly put out by management. If you want decient income-based apartment living then you need to apply out here!!!!
