Well...where do I begin.
My fiance and I have lived here for 6 months and I could say that I have never had more problems, worse help, and the crappiest living experience ever. I lived in apartments that were much older than these, and the upkeep and reliability was a thousand times better.
Since living here:
My fiance's car was broken into (while we were out of town) and no one reported it to the office for 4 days.Even though there was shattered glass across four parking spaces.
The toilet has backed up twice into the tub, its so nice to take a shower with your leftovers. And when I called maintaince the SECOND TIME with this emergency, the maintaince man calls back and says he cannot come because he lives an hour and half away!!! You would think in the event of an emergency someone would live in the complex or at least nearby! But oh no, not at the Oaks up crap creek!!!! And forget about having nice neighbors, this place is getting more ghetto every day.
