since day on that i moved in the oaks i have had nothing but problems, i have had my car broken into. my refridgerator has goin out on me twice and when i called for someone to get me another one they made it seem like it was really a problem ( I mean while my food was spoiling). Dont let the front office tell you a bunch of balony the complex has been taken over by people on section eight so this is the ghetto, parents dont keep there kids in line they a real loud and rude. not to mention the front office the are very un proffessional and i cant wait to see them showing an apartment because i would love to tell them what the real deal is with the oaks they need to fire the entire staff and start fresh. my sister often visist me she live hear about 7 years ago and she can even tell you thst this used to be a pleasant place to live. walls are always dirty ,pools dirty, Its funny how the landscaping upfront is nice and well lit but when you drive to the back its nasty well i have alot more to say about some other leagl issues about the oaks but ill hold my tong please dont get me wrong i am no a bitter person but this complex is not for you trust me if you come for a visit get some of the tenants alone thy will tell you the truth.
