I am not into defaming anyone or their place of business. Therefore, will start with the positives: the staff is reasonable, polite, and professional and the maintenance staff responds in a timely manner for the most part. However, I will say I have not been totally pleased with my experience at The Oaks. The car of a friend of mine was broken into, partly because the security is awful and almost non-existent, which many people have complained about. The lighting is minimal at best, which makes for an unsafe environment. The building and the grounds are kept up pretty good, however, the plumbing and the fixtures are entirley too old and need replacing. The ponds are not sanitary at all. Lastly, some the neighbors are unbearable, nasty and rude. Overall, the staff tries to do a good job but need to make some major improvements.
