We've lived here a while now. I don't really have any complaints. Maintenance and staff seem very nice and professional.

The refigerator, oven and dishwasher could use some NEW utilities instead of the 1980's crap, but they work........ sorta

The windows are so thin, you can hear people WHISPERING outside. The kids are rather unruley in the summer. Last month I saw a kid driving around in a maintenance golf cart at 2AM!

Security..... well...... there isn't any. Wish we would get gated entry. Of course that wouldn't matter seeing how I saw a guy just the other night jumping the fence from Spicewood to The Oaks at Mill Creek.

The pools are NASTY.(pollen, dirt etc. etc.) Do the hot tubs ever work'

The Laundry rooms aren't any better. GROSS and overpriced to wash your clothes..... you'd be better off washing them in the toilet.

The rooms are nice and spacious. These apartments aren't the best, but considering the price, and the size of the apartment, and location I would rather live here than anywhere else. (at least until we get a house)

I recommend this place. It's not as bad as it may seem..... but it's not all the glitz and glamour you would imagine if you visited a vaccant apartment.
