Staff is rude and very unprofessional. At one point I recommended this property to a friend and when she went to the front office to get some information, the staff barely put down their magazines to talk to her. How about the way the leasing agents dress' Jeans and t-shirts are VERY unprofessional, considering they are running a business. If you have questions, forget it because you will get a different answer from each leasing agent/manager. Seems like all they do is ride around in their golf carts and flirt with the maintenance guys. Having said that, need something fixed or replaced in your apartment' If so, hopefully you can wait about 3 weeks to have it done because that is about the time it takes the maintenance to fix anything. If you are lucky they will come sooner, but be prepared to do some major cleaning after they have visited your apartment. The last time a maintenance man came into our apartment to fix something he left our entire kitchen floor covered with mud, including my nice white rugs. If you like living next door to drug dealers than this is the place for you! I could go on for hours about this dump, but I have more important things to do. I have two words for you if you are considering moving into the Oaks at Mill Creek: STAY AWAY!
