Maintenance is very attentive; sprinkler system seems to spray more sidewalks then grass and smells BAD; the ponds near at front of community need to be cleaned; not gated, therefore many people that do not live here use the front pool and the racquetball courts/gym (even though there is a security code to get in)which is very very annoying; girls that work in the leasing office currently are very nice and professional; rent is reasonable for what you get; wish they'd enforce the community rules more (like tenants-only in gym/pool, etc) but overall it is a clean, decent, affordable place to live....not upscale but not slums either. Good amount of trees on the property but not heavily wooded. Ample parking, nice little carwash section with hose.
