I HAVE LIVED HERE FOR 9 MONTHS, NOT AT ALL PLEASED WITH THE APARTMENT, IT WAS NOT CLEAN WHEN I MOVED IN. THE PARKING LOT LIGHT HAS BEEN OUT SINCE MID DECEMBER THEY HAVE NOT ATTEMPTED ANY REPAIRS. WHEN I CALL IN WORK ORDERS IT TAKES THEM AWHILE TO COME LOOK AT IT. THEY DONT ENFORCE RULE UNTIL THEY WANT TO. THE POOL IS DIRTY, PLUS THERE ARE KIDS JUST RUNNING AROUND EVERY WHERE. THE NEW MANAGER BONNIE CROWELL IS NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL ALSO SHE AND HER STAFF ARE VERY RUDE, I WILL NEVER RECOMMED THE OAKS AT MILL CREEK TO ANY ONE. I CANT NOT WAIT TO MOVE OUT COME NOVEMBER 31, 2005.
