Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
The management sucks at this place. When I moved a year ago, it was more promising. Now, nobody cares, you call a maintenance, they probably won't show or will show god knows when...
The place itself is not bad, they try to keep it clean (all but the pools), but again: management is very bad. They are not friendly, don't really care about the customers...
If you can getaway of not interacting with management, this is pretty decent place to live.
