Poor rude management

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
 
I have been at this property for just over two years. in that time i have flooding in my apartment and ceiling leakage. i have approached management and they took their time getting to me. however when i am late on the rent they wanted it yesterday.
we have neighbors that opening do drugs on the stair ways.. and its becoming a regular hang out. parking is terrable i literally have to take a cab to my apartment at night
i dont see me renewing my lease again
