I tried to call down there to report a maintenance problem and the phone # was DISCONNECTED!!!
Also, there needs to be some rules about quiet hours. The cops are here 2-5 times a week for one thing after another. Domestic disputes, knife fights and noise. Even reports of teens and young adults with guns. This place has gone down hill. They could fix this by instilling a few rules on the residents.
It is sad, but the rent here is inexpensive---you get what you pay for. Also, almost every apt. here has a roach problem. This is not a place for young children or even older children unless you want them in with the wrong crowd of kids.
all the GOOD neighbors here want out and are getting out. What's moving in is dangerous and disturbing. Please, don't move here if you want to live in a nice neighborhood. I am warning you now. It may seem OK at first, but you will learn the hard way if you move here.
