At first this complex seemed quite, but in the recent months the quality of life has really gone down. There are several issues I have had from the lack of working dryers and locked exercise room after business hours (due to vandalism of a vending machine)to only being give a 24hour notice for a parking lot resurface and no notice when the siding was renovated (causing pictures to fall of my wall). The biggest disappointment is the lack of response from the property management. They don't seem to care and everyone is treated with an indifference. On March 18th in the early morning, I was unable to get into the complex because of a "situation" with the police and wanted felon. And lately, there has been a very suspicious ice-cream truck perusing the parking lot at almost 9pm at night.

i'm quite familiar with that "situation". they actually called out the swat team and evacuated my building because there was a wanted suspect holed up in one of the apartments. i and everyone else from the building had to stay in a model apartment for some time until the guy surrendered. i also agree with u about management being lackadaisical. and don't forget to mention, the pool is almost never open. simply put, this place is going to hell in a handbasket. |
