Wow! This place has gone downhill fast!! Here, we have thugs hanging out in the middle of the street who take their precious time moving out of your way and stare at you as you pass by. Then, there's the unsupervised future felons and delinquents who run around all over the place yelling and cussing and breaking things. On several occasions I have seen young children (7 or 8 at the oldest) scouring the property for duck eggs. When they find them they like to throw them in the water or smash them on the ground. (I wonder where they get these tendencies') Then, there's the geese.....they squawk all day and all night. They've woken me up before 6 am on numerous occasions and they're so loud you can hear them over the tv. There are also ducks but they're not nearly as noisy but they like to use the bathroom on the sidewalks only. Also, one time they decided to repave the parking lots and gave less than 24 hours notice and my new car got towed. Only when I threatened to call the police and report it stolen did they give in and tell me that they were the ones who towed it and it was somewhere on the property and that I would have to find it myself. So I got to walk around the complex in the cold searching for my car. Oh, and don't forget about the helicopters that circle this complex and the adjacent one with search lights on a regular basis looking for criminals on the run.

we arent thugs we are helpless children who have nothing to do because we dont want to be in the house alll day!!sorry we are hangin out in the street but still u find us somthing to do alll summer long or during time we have no school!!!ok
