I moved in here in June this year. Its nice on the outside but the management, the other people that live there, and maintence is terrible. I'm only 20, i live with my boyfriend and 2 of his friends. We are young, and the managment is constantly leaving notices on our door saying that we are too loud and we cause too many problems. We don't have any parties or anything. We all work early in the morning. There are drug dealers that live upstairs. Not to mention, my car got broken into, it was locked and they broke the lock, and stole my radio and radar detector. And there is a cop that sits out front! I went to the office and complained and they just smugly looked at me and said, "sorry".

They have lost our rent check. Said they never got it. and tried to charge us a late fee and said we would get kicked out.

Our AC broke and called maintence and no one showed up in a week so we called again and they said no one had called! when they did come, they walked in without knocking.

Management came to the door and YELLED at us and TOLD us they are doing an inspection in our apartment whether or not we are there. Said if the apartment isn't clean to their standards, we are evicted. Just because we are young, we get treated like children. So, we cleaned the apartment and no one ever came. It was like they are scaring us to clean. We get in trouble for parties that are upstairs just because we know them. I cannot WAIT until our lease is up.
