Good place, HORRIBLE TO DEAL WITH

I lived there for 8 months out of the 12 month lease. It got so bad with managment that I left, and continued to pay rent my last 4 months there. It would have cost me the same to pay buy out my lease as it did to just continue to pay rent, only that way they could not make any money off of anyone else. The property manger is horrible, the other front office staff changes very regularly (I WONDER WHY) so their level of help varies depending who they have hired that month.

Unfortunately this resident left just before The most recognized management company in the country took over. Every and all concerns are being handled and dealt with accordingly. It is our job and our goal to make this already nice community the nicest community in Jacksonville.
