How dare you fire an employee for rushing to save someones life' What kind of crappy organization do you run' Those kind of people are what make America great. You need to rehire that man and issue a public apology. In fact you should promote him immediately. He shows clear leadership skills, ability to react in a crisis situation and a "just get it done" attitude. You are a disgrace to society. I am sure you will get plenty of calls complaining tomorrow and rightfully so.
