Mr. Quay, you should be ashamed of yourself! How could you fire someone who saved the life of your resident? If Colin hadn't gotten involved, the woman would have bled to death. As for him carrying a gun, he had no idea where the shooter was. What if he came face-to-face with the gunman, and had no weapon? Then you would have had two dead people on your hands.
