I wanted to write this for a long time and after reading about Colin here it goes. My friend has lived in these apts for quite some time. She was in a car accident and has to use handicap parking. For a while this was ok, because there was only one person living there that needed the space(my friend). Now there is another tenant that needs the space also. Months ago we went to the office and Bonnie told her to bring a copy of her handicap placard and she would get another space put up when she gets the material. Bonnie called her and told her that material was in and a new space would soon be available. New mgmt came in and she was told they did not know of any material that was there for that space. She was again told that one would be put up, and still nothing. The claim adjustor came to do estmates and found her car parked at another bldg, the insurance company told her attorney about it. Since she sometimes get off work late and does not have a close space to park at, she is left walking in the dark using her cane. Now that Colin is no longer there she is a prime victim walking in the dark using a cane. We are trying to get her to file a law suit or call Ken Amaro or somebody because this is ridiculous. I am curerntly trying to find her a place that has adequate parking for all of their handicap tenants. I think I will start by contacting American's with Disabilities for some assistance! If you have special needs rent somewhere else!

Regarding handicapped parking spaces, autos w/o handicapped stickers are allowed to park there. The cops that park on site at times needs to give tickets so will freed up spaces for those who need them.
