The manager and her do-boy are both liers who back each other up. They are two of the biggest idiots I have ever seen running a business. They are not professional and they will lie and tell you anything to get your money in their hands and then they deliver nothing. I have been lied to and mislead ever since I walked through the door. I just went to rent an apartment on the second floor, they both told me it was on the second floor. I wanted to see the apartment I was going to live in and I was told everytime I ask to see the apartment that i couldn't see it because it was being cleaned and for liability they couldn't let me in. They showed me a beautiful apt I was assured that they all looked this nice. I was assured I would just love this one it had all upgrades,it was the destiny model and it was the one everyone wanted. This was all promised to me before they got my money. Not one thing in that entire apt complex even comes close to the word upgrade not unless they are encluding the new sign that hangs outside by the road. Was I ever in for a surprize. I pick up the keys on the next day after I signed the lease I walked up the stairs to find I am on the third floor in a very small apt with old ass appliances. I went to the office and confronted the do-boy and said you told me that it was on the second floor he replied "I didn't tell you today it was on the second floor. All I saw was red. I refused the apt. so in order to keep my money they moved me to another apt on the second floor after they told me there was none available. The apt was filthy and once again filled with old ass appliances do-boy assured me that I would get new carpet, applainces, and everything would be fixed and I could pick-up the key that afternoon. I returned to pick up my key after renting a u-haul for the second time, I get the shaft once more. I can't move in for 3 more days. I also don't get new appliances for do-boy lied again and when I confronted him in front of his partner he called me a lier and said he never told me anything I had just repeated to her. They both lied to me to my face and then called me, my daughter and my husband liers and argued with me like a couple of kids who had no upbringing. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE A BUNCH OF IDIOTS AND THAT IS MILDLY PUTTING IT. They are going to get it in the end. GOD DON'T LIKE UGLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm getting my money back. You guys suck ass.
