I completely agree with the last posting, WHAT YOU SEE IS NOT WHAT YOU GET.....I was shown an apartment fully upgraded, crown molding, STATE OF THE ART APPLIANCES....and all. However, when it was time to sign my lease, I was told the apartment was not ready to be seen, and that it was a liability for the company to let me see the unit I would actually be living in. However, the leasing agent assured me that my apartment had all of the new upgrades...guess this meant a sliding glass door that never stayed on the tracks, a stove made in 1969 hardly working, on top of what they called a "Lake"...which smelled like a SWAMP....AND LOUD ASS PEOPLE...ALL THE TIME...CLEAR UP TO 3AM IN THE MORNING!!!!! The manager stated that you can make complaints and page the on duty security officer...problem with that..is THEY NEVER RETURN THE CALL...IT'S BEEN 2 MONTHS..AND THEY STILL HAVEN'T CALLED BACK!!!!! I would not recommend these apartments, to anyone...unless you love having ghetto loud ass people living with you, and you like old ass aappliances, small apartments...it's not worth what you will be paying....there is a reason they suckered me into the 1st month free ordeal..if I had to do it again...I CHOOSE TO PAY!!!!!!
