I lived at this complex for over a year and broke my second lease and left because of the deplorable management and staff not to mention the trashy section 8 thieves they allow to move in there. Call me a snob...I dont care. Rudeness, poor mangement skills and just plain lazy are not what I look for in a Management staff where I reside and look too for solutions. You want to live in Section 8 housing then by all means move there but if you value your car, belongings and just plain sanity DON"T!!!!! They pour more money into the way the complex looks instead of securing the safety of there Tenants and the general upkeep of the apartments themselves. They may be adding new carpet to the apartments but they arent changing the padding underneath so everytime you clean your carpets all you get is more spots and damage and fleas from the pervious tenant(idiots). I could write a novel but it really isnt worth my time. Believe me when I say...if you move here....YOU WILL BE SORRY YOU DID!!!!

Agreed, if you want to live in a rat role, this place is ideal for you. Why bother living bottom feeding section 8 types who don't care about cleanliness or basic hygiene within their surroundings. If you actually want to worry about your car getting dinged up, unattended stupid children (spawned by stupid parents), and idiot management please DO move in! The woes about the sub par management of this place is very true. If you took the combined lot of them, combined their cumulative IQ, you'd basically have a mongoloid slobbering idiot that you'd lock in the basement. I seriously question how they hire their managers in this place. The must take the stack of resumes and pick the worst candidate. If seriously question if the entire staff combined has more of an education than some first year community college loser who is about to drop their classes because their check is going to bounce. It'd definitely explain the laziness and ineptitude of these idiots who claim to be professional. You get what you hire, and Oaks At Mill Creek reflects that oh so well. Sorry you had such a tough time Ignorance is Bliss! I hope your next place is one you can enjoy :)
