I've been living here for about 5 months now, and I consider this place heaven compared to where I used to live. I used to live on Justina Rd. hell in a hand basket, I tell you. The Oaks @ Mill Creek is just lovely, clean, quiet, no drug dealers(unlike justina, where they try to sell to you while your moving in), I haven't had one problem with management. It's just a delight to live here in general. I don't know what else to say lol, out of 5 stars, I give it 5, because no matter where you live, you will eventually hear a kid in the pool, but not loud music, I love it here.
