Low-Class Atmosphere and Poor Management From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/14/2002 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002   I was consistently harrassed and vandalized by neighbors who were angry that I would not allow them to smoke marijuana on my patio (which was more secluded than their own)or hook up to my electricity when their's was cut off. The staff and security said point blank that they would not take action when my property was vandalized. The only option I was given was to break the lease, which they allowed me to do with no problems. However, this is an unnecessary hassle. Save yourself the time and stay away from this low-class complex.
