I used to live at these apartments for an entire year, back then I would recommend it for anybody. But now.......Stay out of these apartments the new management SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! {(Fire her, fire her, fire her)}

Yes,I agree.I have been there for almost 3 years and the last 2 managers we had from 06-08 was great.Now they bring in this other manager now she wants everyone to sign a Crime Addendum to your lease. meaning if you sign THIS addedum and you violate it just once,You are out,Particularily to the fact they now have their crime prevention certificate so IF YOU WANT TO RENEW YOUR LEASE YOU HAVE TO SIGN THIS,Now here is the problem.People like me who pay their rent on time.Never causes problems,Gets along great with neighbors and management as well as the maintenance crew are offended.Screw this place.I will NOT be renewing my lease next year.

I agree with your respones! I have been there only 1 year, I dislike the new manager, she's a witch! The Previous assistant manager was wonderful! The crime in the apartment complex is non-existent, so there is no need for the crime addendum. The biggest problem I have with my apartment is mold growing on the ceiling of my shower, caused by a leak from upstairs. When I called to have the problem taken care of, the maintenance only sprayed bleach on it, which did not help. We also need assigned parking spaces, I hate to have to park in BFE when other resident have guest!!
