Ghetto but never any problems From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/30/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   It is pretty "ghetto" here, but i've never had a crime problem in my year and a half of living here. Only recently am i having noise problems with my upstairs neighbors, but that is a localized problem and not everyone here has it. Parking is great, people that live here pick their spots and stick with them. I would say this is overall a good place for families (granted you have a husband or a boyfriend living with you..or just a male friend).
