I lived in Paddock club from 2000 to 2002, moved into a house then moved back to paddock club 2004. My family and I searched from the beaches to southside blvd and nothing compares. If you want fancy new there is plenty to choose from---small apts at prices that make your head spin. This is an older community, which makes it "less desirable" for those with flash. If you want security, quiet (for apartments people), and beautifully large floor plans, this is the place for you
