Paddock Club Apartments

It's been nice living here, but I wish they'd pay some of the expenses! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/27/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   Paddock Club is probably one of the nicest places to live in the East Arlington area. It's gated & for the most part secure, has two sparkling pools, a very friendly leasing staff, and lots more. However, besides the rent which is a little steep, they even make you pay for trash & pest control--as well as water, sewage, electricity, and gas! That's my only real complaint about the apartment community. If they could help their residents out in that area somehow (I'm not asking for them to pay for everything, just SOMETHING!), that would be great!
